TradeSchool On the iPad

To access TradeSchool from any IOS device (such as an iPad or iPhone, follow these instructions. Please note that you will need your hosting server domain and the hosted TradeSchool file name. Please reach out to support for this information.

1. Download FileMaker Go (latest version) for the iPad (latest is FileMaker Go 2025)
2. Open the App on the iPad and tap "Host." Then, click the "+" to add a new favorite host.
3. Enter the server address for your hosted TradeSchool, e.g., "tradeschool-atl92.ottomatic.cloud", then tap "Save". When it prompts for a username and password, tap "Cancel".
4. Next, tap the document icon with the 3 dots up above the hosts list on the left, and after the host "tradeschool-atl92.ottomatic.clou/" type your hosted TradeSchool path, ex, "jatc-com_TradeSchool"
5. When the TradeSchool login screen appears, close the file using the dropdown menu at the top left.
6. Tap "Recent" at the top, and then tap and hold the TradeSchool icon to open the drop-down menu. Then, tap "Favorite."

TradeSchool should now be in the Favorites section (at the top) and can be easily opened after you launch FileMaker Go.
