Use the Batch button located under General > Overview > Application Info to copy the Status and Archive values from the first record to your entire found set.
Example:
If you have marked several applicants as “No Show” for their interview and now need to change their status to Closed and archive them, you can use the Batch feature to update them all at once.
Perform a Find for the applicants whose status needs to be updated.
Navigate to the first record in the rolodex (the top of your found set).
Once you are positioned on the first record, click the Batch Button to apply the changes to the entire group.
3. Update the first record with the values you'd like to copy to the found set. In this example, check the Archive box and change the Status to Closed.
4. Click the Batch button.
