Schedule Interviews

Batch Schedule Interviews

1. Find the applicants you'd like to schedule for interviews.
2. Sort the applicants in the order you'd like them to be interviewed.
3. Navigate to the Interview tab.

4. Click the Batch Schedule Interviews button.

   This opens a screen where you can split interviews into time segments, starting at a chosen time with a set number of minutes per interview.

   It also lets you insert breaks between groups and shows the calculated End Time in the right-hand column.

   

5. Click Schedule to post the times for the groups you created.
