How to Get Started with TradeSchool’s Mobile App
Schedule Update
📲 To start using the app you will need to be updated to build 219 or later. Please reach out to schedule an update with the TradeSchool team.

Sign up for Invoice & Access
To start, click on the Settings module. Next go to Web Services > Server > Mobile App tab.
Check the box Enable Mobile App.
Once the Enable Mobile App box is checked in the settings, a pop-up Mobile App Agreement will appear. To enable Mobile App connectivity, read and agree. You can print the agreement.
After you agree, an invoice will be sent immediately to your organization.
Start Using the App
Once setup is complete in the Settings module, your apprentices can log in using the mobile app.
Apprentices should download the app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store.
For iPhone users — open the iOS App Store and search TradeSchool Mobile.
For Android users — open Google Play and search TradeSchool Account Management.
Once downloaded, the mobile app login page includes a drop-down where apprentices select their school, then enter their username and password.
Every apprentice uses their main email to log in.
Their password is the same as their Web Services account password.
If they forget their password, they can select Forgot Password.
