Upload Documents to Share with a Class in TradeSchool's Training Module
Enable Document Sharing
To start, click on the Training Module. Next, go to the Setup > Documents tab.
Here, Office Staff can use the Drop Zone button to add Documents to a class. Instructors can also upload documents from the web.
This is a great place to share Class Schedules, Syllabuses, Absent/Make-Up Policies, etc. It is stored electronically for students in the class so they can log in and view it at any time.
Office Document Upload:
- Training Module > 🔎 Find the Class > Setup > Documents tab
- Drag and Drop documents into the Drop Zone or click the Drop Zone button
- Check to see that document got added properly
- Click the Open Button to view it
- Check the Web box to share with students
- The small x on the far left will delete the document
Student View
Students cannot upload documents to a class, but they can view documents that have been uploaded into their classes.
